I just received this update email from Teacher's Notebook and thought you'd like to hear what's been going on with the Tornado Relief Effort Bundle project for Moore, OK:
Our AMAZING family of Shops,
Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for you. The generosity you have shown in support of the community from Moore, OK. has been remarkable.
You have gracioulsy donated over $1,900 worth of products. Products that you have spent countless hours creating, editing and testing. You have chosen to help others by donating them to help raise money for so many people who have had their lives changed in ways that we can only imagine.
We launched this campaign in hopes of raising some money and we asked you to help. What you have done to help us has taken off beyond our wildest expectations.
Because of your donations, we have already raised over $15,000 on the first day.
This money raised will do so much good for so many people. It will help provide food, clothing, medicine and the basic essentials that people need every single day. You have clearly shown what a caring, giving and loving community you are and we are all proud that you are part of our Teachers Notebook family.
Please continue to spread the word. The more people know about this campaign, the more money can raised for the community of Moore.
One final note. We will be working with the school district in Moore within the next few weeks to arrange for the teachers in the affected schools to have access to your donated products. Right now, they have more pressing issues to deal with, but we will keep you posted on any updates.
Thank you,
Debbie & Steve Esemplare
